ok , then , i have thoughts like i am ugly,worth nothing,etc etc , sad,depressed, not like others, etc etc,inner critic hurts me too much

I have leucoderma because of which my 40% body is white still i don't think that i m ugly. And if u feel that u r not worthy then create your worth by studying hard, getting degrees and then doing a good job. Feeling sad or depressed which not help you in anyway
