Well I would say first of all cry be sad express ur feeling. Feel the pain . Grieving is important but with in a limit. Then u can listen to sad songs . Express feelings to ur friends and here in app. Talk about it. Don't ignore that feeling just let this phase go away.

Secondly I would suggest its not easy to overcome it. I know write ur feelings, draw it out. You can go and watch tarot videos they really do help they guide alot.
