well any of you have a addiction to kdrama or Thai drama well currently I have how to overcome this addiction and it also hinder in my study like whenever I am free i stated daydreaming and it feels like I also wanted to go that place i don't wamt to survive in this world how to deal with this

    Bro I used to be addicted but I got over it like its all in our mind. i also thought I could never go back but I did. so how I did was ..my uni exams were nearing so I logged out of everything that I used to watch dramas and when i felt like I'm going insane i'll talk witha frnd , listen to music. It was hard for a week but then I got used to it cuz exam usually last a month. Now i have a healthy relationship with kdramas😅
