I don't know why but I am having weird heart beat like sensations on the right side of my neck and I happened to search about it on Google and now I keep running to the washroom and I am like super anxious and whenever I try to lie down and sleep these neck palpitations start and I feel that I'll vomit. I am super scared, I don't know what to do!

    inadilema Well I am fine it stopped, I realized that it was due to my anxiety all is fine now
