my job is hopeless I have not eaten lunch past 14 days and I have not moved from my chair when on job after my job is over I eat go to sleep . wake up with sweat and anxiety before my alarm and continue the cycle . I have gone only once out of my house since 2 weeks

ok. I can understand but isn't there lunch break? get packed ur lunch in morning only. secondly I know it's tough to survive in corporate world but try for few more day . you may get acocmodated . and if u really wanna leave it, then look at option. r u confident enough to get new job. or is it ok if u not get job for month or two.. third, r u want to do some diffrent work where u feel happy. this is best but u need to be more hardworking, patient and need resources for this. decide based on all this
