Question

I was very good in studies but after breakup i am unable to focus. It about 1 year of breakup but still I did not even study 1 page. I was thought of talking to that person who emotionally abuse me. My family didn't talk to me politely as they are of very strict nature. I have no any friend to whom i can talk.
