Hi everyone I am so depressed I just want to cry all the time and because I am so depressed is my parents just keep forcing me to do exercise I am fat and I get bullied sometimes I feel don't exist I feel like dying I can help it every time I cry and cry until I fall asleep I am so tired please help

Just know that no matter what u're going through u're not alone, u might feel empty, numb, dead inside.. or even having the urge to harm urself but u should always keep in mind that u matter. U just need to find people who accept u the way u re and see in u the diamond that u're not able to see. Butterflies can't see their wings u know so they can never see how much beautiful they are. Stay strong and fight back

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can totally understand how you must be feeling. I know it is easier said than done but try to ignore these comments. You are your best version. Try to accept it and then keep on working on a healthy lifestyle not to fit into a beauty standard but to have a healthy sense of self.
