Deppresed about life and career I am trying for Neet from 2019 but Iam unable to crack it..IT is the 3rd time this year Iam going to write exam...Iam very stressed and unable to study ....I am wasting precious time without studing ..and my mind is fully diverted to mobile phone ...I am addicted to the webseries..I cant keep the phone aside...I tried many times still I am unable to stop this....Agar is bar mujhe nahi mili tho...I cant continue my life ..jo lok mere sath padtha tha vo sab ab college ka last year kar rahi hai...mai is ke peeche 2 saal se try karthi rahthi hoo... My mother also passed away last november..she was in bedrest since 2017.Aur april mei mera dadhi guzar gayi...gar ka sari zimedhari mera upar agaya..kyomki mei hi badi hoo...mujhe paata nahi mujhe kya karna hai...kabhi kabhi lagtha hai ki suicide karloo...par kabhi kabhi aise sochnepar gussa athi hai...

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry for your loss, you must be really stressed because of all of this, but I think you should now accept it and try to look ahead in life for a better future and a bright career. Try to limit your screentime, and make a routine, set daily targets and make sure you check the list.

Hey , first figure out you have do crack neet or not . It's okay if you don't want to , there are plenty other things that you can do and sustain a good life ♥ . I recently dropped my idea of neet and decided to crack ssc CGL , it's okay you should first decide what you have to do . Take care of yourself, by this you can take care of your family too . Don't compare yourself with others , you are different and they are different too . Talking about addiction to mobile phone and social media , you should try meditation and social detox. It will truly help you
