Depressed and difficult to cope

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

a couple moment ago, i was a little drunk and standing on the terrace of my house on the fifth floor. at that moment, i want to put an end to my depression but some how, i'm still here. it's just get harder and harder everyday to go back inside the house
