In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I am suicidally depressed and I think I've drained and pushed away my friends to the point where when I told them I nearly killed myself last night they just said wow and thats basically it. I want to hang myself but I keep stopping as soon as I start to cause it hurts

suicide is not an option. first of all it would be nice if you can share your problem. sometime it seems like there is no solution but trust me it is only "we"... not ready to accept solution and allow us to heal.
