Depressed because of body shaming

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

My family body shames me I have tried starving myself but it only got worse I feel so insecure

Yeah I have similar not bodyshaming but they shame me on my face shape nose shape etcc

I mean animals are better than human so I have started to take that as compliment but it still it hurts I know

Yep but u should be healthy Eat healthy food Because appearance cannot stay longer

I eat healthy and workout regularly my body is just the way it is plus I have eating disorder and pcos Which affects my weight
