Yes you are right but problem is i know how to over even i started preparing for exams as well ,but stil not able to focus ,on studies not even health which is most imortant, i ws the one of most strong women in my family till 2019 as i have gone thru huge struggle of life but now i am totally helpless ,feeling metally retard in front of my family , i was backbone of my fmily somewhere i am helpless totally.

Be thankful that you’re out of a relationship that wasn’t helping you to grow and has created more damage than good memories in life. It will take time, but try to accept it. Acknowledge this feeling and try to outgrow this. Don’t ever think of taking your life. You are very important to your loved ones. Focus on yourself. Work on your skills and try to divert your mind towards something productive. Replace your negative thoughts with positive affirmations. You’ll soon be fine trust me, just don’t force yourself.

yes i am working , even i got few option,but i hv not joined becue i hv lost interest ,not feeling like to get up ,reafy for any event am not able understand whsts wrong with me ,still my mind is seeking only one answer, why he cheated on me moreover he put question on my charachter as well becuse previusly i belong corportae job , thats not my fault ,i just one mediator who can setup mututal converstaion to get answer of few question which keep on running in my mind day and night.
