depressed because of miscarriage

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

few months ago i lost my baby....i was pregnant with 7 month baby and suddenly my bp was too high and unfortunately i lost my child....im very depressd ..what should i do??? help me

I am so sorry to hear of your loss.I am sure you would’ve been a great mother but doesn’t mean that you won’t be in future. You’ve been through a lot of trauma physically and emotionally. Take this time to rest and gain your energy and try again later. Don’t give up and stay strong 🤗

they are trying to distracting me and keeping me busy with several task and conversation ...but its not working for me...actually this time i need my husband with me but he is living in his home with his family
