Depressed because of parents difficult relationship

Hi... I wanted to say that I just found my dad(ex dad) is having an affair but my mom's still not ready to let go of him and I don't want him in my life anymore! I really want them to get a divorce!! I've been tryin toget rid of my depression but I just can't get over it! I don't know what to do anymore!! I'm really loosing it!😣

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure you must be really depressed knowing this. Have you been able to talk to her about how it’s getting difficult for you. And why does your mom want to hold on to this relationship? What is you dad’s stand here?
