Well if you can't. Here are things that you can do:
First you can be crazy and talk to a tree... Which people may think is madness but you're actually letting your frustration out.
Second, write it down on a piece of paper and latter on burn it. (Rant and poof your aggression)
Lastly journalism your moments of emotions that you feel because in life you'll definitely find a person who is easy to talk to (nope not talking only about love interests but friends starngers, your chosen family)
