depressed because of problems in marriage

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

life is very difficult I'm having so many problems firstly I'm married for more than 11 years but still I dnt have kids my husband dnt have money for ivf treatment. Secondly he is having affair from last four years I can't separate from him because of my family .. Thirdly being a graduate I don't have any job I'm embarrased by my situation what to do already I'm 35 years old.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure it must be really depressing for you. I think you should at least try to seek help from your family members regarding your husband's affair. Have you confronted him regarding this? Don't feel embarrassed have you started applying for jobs?
