It's important to remember that it was never your fault and there is nothing you could have done differently. I'm so sorry this happened to you , and as a survivor myself, I relate to your feelings 100%. What helped me deal with my PTSD was accepting that just bc something horrible happened to me, doesn't mean I am not worthy of fantastic things like happiness and love. You are worthy and cherished. Please seek professional help if your depression is affecting your daily life. Goodluck 💖
