A lot of stuff is bothering me. Since a really long time. It's not just one thing. It's like a series of things which a tangled in a messy web. When I cry, it's not therapeutic. I feel pain, and just want my heart to stop.

I don't even know which incident is making me cry, there are like minimum 12 which are sure stressors but at this point it's just anger because no one really knows how much pain I'm in.

I understand. Have you tried therapy. It might help you to work on the roots of your concern and identify the stressors and work on it. You can try taking one on one session with an expert.
