Try to get yourself engaged in something. Keep yourself distracted.
Well you need to know the reason of it first. Do you know what triggers it?
I am feeling depressed too.
I would suggest perhaps going to doctor and having them prescribe you with an anti depressant. Unfortunately this will not help your depression disappear. You need to want to not be depressed if that makes sense. Try meditation, manifestation, burning incense or oils and working on balancing out your chakras. There will always be bad days or weeks, those don't go away sadly... However you can learn to help yourself cope and pick yourself up everytime you get hit down by your own thoughts and feelings. You need you time. Sit outside in nature and observe with no electronics or distractions, just observe life, feel it, connect and you realize you are more than what social media makes you believe. Also cry whenever you need to. I can't stress this enough.
