Noone can save us other than ourselves. I think life is a journey where get to see bad phase more than good one so with time we should Lear how to cope up with it . I know depression is not something that you can fight alone so yeah get help from therapist or try to find out the reason of your sadness .

nothing to worry about...every person has the worst and best day as well..just try to start something new..I know that it's very hard to act like u r strong ,happy or whatever and I am not going to tell you that bcoz I know that it's very hard to smile, to make a nice decision, doing something progressive when u r broken or going through worst phase...but u know that believe this time will pass ., no matter what u just have to remember this that u r d only person who can make u a better version of urself ..don't worry...just give urself some time...watch and do something progressive and good and I know u r gonna rock it.... remember it u can change nothing...but u can change ur emotions , even in the worst condition u r d only person who can say this that yes I can do this...don't worry everything will be fine... everything will work well..

I found myself ignoring small happy moments. but I found a way out by taking a few photos and look at them before falling asleep. By the way thanks to everyone here. ur words r great of importance to me
