Hi my name is Ilhem I'am 28 I'am very depressed ,I can't even do simple Life tasks ..I can't think right ..I can't concentrate..I sleep alot..I can't stay with people ..I'am always alone ..I lost my studies ..I'am on the edge ..I have dark thoughts ..I hate my self ..my face ..my body.....please help ..

It's a long story ..I feel that I'am a failure to my self to my family to everyone ...it started with a break up and I had an abortion ..I tried to move on but I couldn't ..I 'am always looking for reasons for not doing anything.. now I had exams and I didn't go ..I can't work also ..I can't do anything right ..
