you can tell here or to a friend what happened and let it out...believe me you will feel better...dont hold it even if its anger,guilt,excitement,anxiety....just let it out..im actually going through same situation  I just talk to my friend or cry by my own...this is my life..i can do what i want..i know its very hard but u will have to support urself bcoz in this world no one cares what others go through
