depression and lack of self worth

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

it's alomost one and half year,I am suffering from depression. Feeling of being unworthy ,not to be loved back and being alone .... because these alll i m unable to focus on my goals.i just want to be happy but i don't know how .

Set small tasks for urself. Doo them and strike off from ur list. A change starts from a small change. Only you can gett urself out of depressjon.
