Depression

I am 20 yrs old and I am suffering from depression and I don't know proper reason. Sometimes I suddenly feel empty and start crying and don't know why. Only one thought comes in my mind is that no one loves me and no one is paying attention towards my any prblm, people surrounding me don't think about me and I feel very for sometimes

Hey Nikipipra, Hope you're doing well. I feel the same at times even though I have people around me and yet I feel lonely. But you shouldn't feel that no one loves you cause even if no one does your parents will always love you and that itself should make you feel positive. Just try staying positive even in these difficult times :) . We are here for you

Then how did you overcome of lt, pls tell me . Yeah u r right I also feel lonely when people are surrounded me and I don't want to talk with them and even if talk to then I feel lonely. If I want to be positive I will be for some time but again misconception about my parents or my friend come in my mind and I start thinking that they don't love me, I am liability for them and then after sometimes I will be okay but not permanently
