In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

Depressed because I am more lonely than ever. I had a few friends back in 2019 and I had a busy life but then the epidemic came like a hailstone to my ongoing schedule. But then I thought friends would make my mind happy but to my surprise I got to see their real faces . No one seriously cared about me and they kept ghosting. And now it's 2021 and I am having bouts of loneliness and depression. I couldn't die cause I have my mother to look after

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. This pandemic has affected us all in the worst possible way. I am sure this must have impacted you soo much, we all need to socialize, have you tried contacting your friends? What do you do?

I tried to . But none of them were responsive. They kind of ghosted me. I mean after graduation from High school they turned out to be complete different persons. Even worse we have Neighbors but they ghosted me and my mom also the only reason being is that they earn a lot more money than we do.

Well this is my family. Me and my Mom . Father died of a motorcycle accident when I was like 10 and grandma passed away 3 years back so it's just me and my Mom

Well i am currently pursuing Btech under state Govt college in civil engineering. But since pandemic, I lost my college life too I hope there would be no third wave and life would be normal again and to have a purpose of my life. I even pray to Allah every evening (Magrib) Namaz . But that also doesn't give me fulfilment either. I just hope things would go back to normal like it was.
