Depression and suiced ideations

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

I m in depression by three years ...and I think so i want die... because this last stage..my symptoms.....head pain,backbone pain,everything fear,weight, loose motion, loss,hair fall,understanding problems. Focus problem, everrry minutes most sad,suiside thoughts...try suiside finally...report normal, 6 month medicine eat,

Suicide is not good option, I know living with lot of pain is hard , you figure out why you are having this trouble , you will be alright ! Never think about suicide you never know how much pain it will cost your loved ones/parents
