In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Hi , I can't describe my fellow I feel so bored I want to suicide I think this way let me feel okay or go away from my family my family let me feel so tired not like I will go to sleep and feel good no I feel I want to kill my self I can't stop when I fell sad hurt my hand or any thing in my body I feel when I hurt my hand and see the blood I fell better a little bit that i can say it I can't describe all my feelings I can't understand it actually sorry if my English is not good

I know exactly how you feel. I think you should try to fill your day with whatever you want , you can go to gym.. talk to strangers .. search and read about your situation .. you can do anything , just don't leave boredom take over your mind

Suicide should never be an option. Address what is the problem and then have a solution oriented approach. I’m sure it must be really difficult for you to right now focus on anything we try to have a goal in life that will make you motivated, and do things that gives you happiness it could be anything maybe talking to an old friend, practising self care etc
