I went to a therapist one time before and they told me I'll get past it you tell me how I'm supposed to get past it and get my mind to shut off from a life and nothing but pain and misery I just don't understand how I cannot have a decent life all I want is for it to be gone so you tell me minus exiting this world how do I get past this pain

Truthful I don't know what to tell you I've dealt with it for so long it's on a day-to-day basis but there is some things that are hard to explain or to put into words I've hurt for so long that I have no explanation anymore
