Depression because of father’s restriction

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

I need out of my house so bad. My dad wont let me do anything. I cant even go for a walk to clear my head and yet the kids who live here are allowed to go out biking and do shit. My mom wont let me come back to live with her yet and I'm struggling. I started cutting again and I drink and smoke too much. I need out and I need out now!
