depression -confusion

Question

i love one person,but he cheat me but still i give him chance to relationship . later on i ask him to get marry he said no. slowly i decided to not talk with him. one day i said him let's we stop talking. i switch off my phone. i avoid his calls.                              Now it been more than one year i was not talked with him. still I'm stuck with his thoughts . I'm unable to do any work .i want to talk with him once but it right r wrong I'm totally confused ?

you did right by leaving him it's okay if you still can't forget him it's not possible to forget the part of your life so try to accept the fact that he cheated on you and he is happy without you and if he can be happy without you then why can't you be happy take care of yourself and be yourself and listen to your heart you are strong don't forget to have meals on time and stay hydrated...<3

it's difficult to move on. but just think about it, if he really loves you he wouldn't cheat. if he still loves you he would reach out. but he doesn't. so stop thinking about him and accept everything. you can't go back. just be busy with your life. and love yourself.
