I want to lose weight because I don't feel beautiful but everyone keeps telling me that I'm ok but my mom makes me feel fat because whenever I serve myself food she always has to look at my plate. It always makes me feel like I eat a lot

Don't torture yourself like this .Everyone is beautiful in his/her own way.Someone is fair someone is not and beauty lies within heart not in outer looks .We get life once so why to waste it .You eat and live life your own way.Dont worry about others.Its our life ,no-one has right to control it.You are beautiful and will always be.
