Difficult life circumstance

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

My life crumble ever since I lost mum.... Okay here is a summary of my life Was raised by a single mum who was my strength We barely fed Lost my mum 3 years ago I was raped, and I got pregnant Was humiliated Gave birth and my baby girl died before my eyes..... Trying to start life afresh...... It took courage to post this So everyone be strong we all have our problems....... We are one family and we help each other heal and grow

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry for the loss, you have been through a lot. I am sure it must have took a lot of courage to post this here. This shows that you are a resilient person. Pls stay strong. The void of losing your mother is irreplaceable. Try to focus on what you can do to stay the strong woman you are. All the love and support to you. You are not alone.
