"maybe it was my fault" "maybe they are giving hints trying to make me know that i hurt them" "what if i stopped talking to people for awhile, would that reduce the chance of me hurting them?" these are the thoughts i get most of the time

See, start to believe the things that are actively being conveyed to you.
Don’t ponder over what has already happened.
People who left were never interested in maintaining a good friendship.
Had they been a good friend they would have made sure that you knew what was hurting and would have fixed it.
You never sabotage any relationship purposely.
