Difficulty in maintaining a routine
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I am feeling frustrated with myself. I waste my whole day daydreaming and scrolling my phone. Every morning i promise myself that i will not waste this day but then after sometime i forget about it and again i scroll my phone or daydream. I feel like a looser. I am hopeless about myself. I hate the way i am spending my days but i am unable to make changes.
