I think you should just follow a healthy lifestyle and the precautionary measure that your government has suggested.
It's important to address that covid is still here, but stressing over it is only going to make things worse. eating healthy, proper sanitization, social distancing, and exercise to build your strength is a very vital part.
We can only train our body and mind that god forbid even if it catches us, our body is strong enough to recover from it.

what i do, may be that will help you..I note down the things that are concerning me or causing me to feel in a certain way..then I ask myself is this thing in my control? if yes then write action plan and if no then just leave it..beacuse we cannot change the things that are not in our control so why to waste our energy on overthinking those things..instead focus on the things that are in your control and you will see magic..Dont worry..soo we will be ok
