Hi! So my problem is...i feel i am stupid or behave like one especially when i am around boys due to nervousness. I went to girls school,girls college. So practically i could not get an environment where i coulf learn to be comfortable around boys too. Because of my nervousness i complex things and mess up. This is even ruining my image as well as my relation. Kindly advice.

Start with small conversation and take baby steps towards it. It will take time for you to feel comfortable won’t happen overnight

thank u first of all for replying bcoz of pandemic i am at home...my situation is all same... and i really am losing my confidence this way

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand, this must be a little different for you. But it will take time and you will be fine, just try to act usual how act with your girl friends. They are no alien gender. Healthy friendship doesn’t have any rules or regulation or a certain way you should act. Just be you. What are the things yoj do that makes you feel awkward?

its like if any boy ask me a question, i go blank ,blurt out anything or behave as if i dont know anything... i feel nervous around boys. Try to remain as much silent as possible while a boy is around,feel difficult to express my real thoughts on any matter or my feelings.
