So I work in a private firm. Pays well for a fresher. I mean a guy from my background getting that salary is good. However after graduation I took like 3years for Govt job. didn't work out. So, that happened. I can feel the disappointment in his voice. When I got the job I was sure would tell me not to accept it untill he heard how much m getting. Well it's not the best but m getting almost twice that of my cousin brother so he allowed me. My cousin he has the same story as me but he joined a private company 1 year earlier than me . I know what's going on. It's just husttful sometime. The hurt isn't that I don't fully have is appreciation but it's more like an anger.
