Does what I'm feeling is still normal?
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I'm going back to school and during pandemic my mental health became worse. During my online classes my body would freeze and my mind won't let me do my homeworks. I would also just stare at the ceiling for a long time whenever I woke up. Whenever school is mentioned I would have sweaty hands and having palpitations. I also felt like puking whenever I think about going to school. Is this because of my mental health or so much worse than that? I don't want to think of something worse but I hope it can still be worked on. I'm attending school this week and I'm going to be facing my classmates and teachers physically.
