I'm 16. I witnessed domestic violenc from the age 7-9. I wanted to help my mom but I couldn't do anything since I was a child I just stood in the corner and watched my mom getting beat up by my stepfather. Now I have mental disorders. I don't know how I feel about everything. I am in a dark space...

please don't memories the past bad memories.. they will disturb you... of course this is not easy and it will take time. So try ti focus on current good things happening around.. don't be dependable on someone.. try finding happiness withing yourself.. like trying hobby, listening music, reading new books, etc.
