Hello, 2017-18 ,i was in depreesed period met counsellors,pyschologists,neurologist and in current scenario i am ok ,like a normal being but i don't know why i am frightened about the things ,like someone is in terrace and i feel that " kahi neeche na gir jaye bo',when someone go outside anywhere from my house(my family member or relatives,etc)i feel " ke kahi accident na ho jaye inka " ,comparing myself from 2017 ,i am fully energetic,positive type of person ,but these type of thougts arrived,i couldn' t control?
