I just discovered that I have some abandonment issues. My mother left me with my Dad at a very young age and I never realized how badly it affected me until I became invested in a romantic relationship. Normally, I would not think or expect much of a relationship but now with this guy everything has just been so different.

its ok it happend with me to do one thing eat whatever u like then go for travelling learn martial art ,then do meditation eveyday this will make things much easier and cuddle and kiss ur boyfriend this will make ur dealtionship muxh stronger and tell ur boyfriend about ur situation if he is a nyc guy he will help u if not he will leave u

Thank you for the amazing advice. He knows about it and is kind and understanding. He just deserves so much better than the wreck I am discovering that I am. I will try and wake up every day and get new hobbies and control my anxiety and fears. Thank you ❤️
