first of alll relax ...calm down nothing has happened or will happen...try just by sitting next to people wity just simple hi ...not to think what they will think ...just see around whom u feel comfortable..start wity baby steps like hi..how are u thats it...sit around them feel lil comfortable try to talk lil bit i u can otherwise dont pressurize urself ...and first of all stop thinking when u r wity people that how I'll talk or anything like that if u start thinking u will get anxiety..try to be normal try to calm ur self take baby steps...and them see how u feel good around people and how people feel good being there with u ๐

u can set in front of the mirror and try to make the typical conversations like 'how r u doing ' and ect. Or just log in some app for online video chatting. that's hard but knowledge that u won't meet those people anymore will make u feel more relaxed. u r a big winner cause u have written here. sorry for my English
