Hi am Anxius since last few week , the issue is related to my health, my kidney report are normal but at higher side and now the thoughts are comming In my mind that if in future I got kidney problem then what to do, as of now there is no cure for kidney desease..and this is making me more anxious....please help me...

    first let's calmn down a little bit.. abt ur health nd kidneys dw u will be fine just take what ever medication is needed vist ur doctor nd that's all it's okay to fear abt the worst consequences but I've seen alot of ppl getting better... keep fight I'm rooting for yaa❤️
