this is for your panic attacks, go to a quiet place, close your eyes and place your hand on your stomach and chest and breath til you regain your breath.

hii to deal with panic attacks, you need to let your brain know that it's not a big deal if you are uncomfortable and you are not going to die. It's natural and take it as a normal phenomenon. For this you will need to accept these anxiety related feelings and it's symptoms as "ok ..it's all OK..." .If you try to deal it by suppressing it becomes worse.
