Hello everyone I've been in relationship past few months.. he was my best friend and he knows me very well.. basically we are friends for over 3years.. one day i caught him that he has affair on another girl and he is texting and lately ive been feelings like am going to lose my bestfriend and as well my boy friend i really dont know how to react and i was tottaly confused and then i asked him about it and he just said that i broke his trust by seeing his social media.. so he said we end this.. but he dint block me in any social media and ive some guilty feeling now i dont know what to do..

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Better go and talk to him face to face. Don't forget that he's you best friend and friends always understand. If you both think this relationship isn't gonna work then end it and be friends again because getting a good friend is hard, so don't lose. Maybe he found it hard to treat you as a gf but that doesn't mean he hate you. So just go and confess with him, with an mind set to be friends again don't try to sort the problem as some sorting lead to another problem. Just ask a sorry and let him who you feel. Wish you both get back together.
