eating disorder is not only binge eating. it's about anorexia, bulimia, sport bulimia, overeating, pre-meal anxiety and many others. but if u have/had binge eating u can share it:)

ok thats a lot :) i eat when I get anxious and when i couldnt sleep... but I'm trying to keep only healthy food at home, so as to atleast not eat any junk! It is totally a lifestyle change and it takes over a period of time to bring in a new habit. i think we shd just keep trying over and over again, no matter how many times we fail

I stick to intuitive eating, although it's still hard (I've had anorexia and bulimia). I can also eat fast food if my body wants it. But I also try to keep healthy food at home🫂
