eating disorder

I feel so ashamed and embarrassed bcuz I ate lots of pizza slices and sweets after that. my eating disorder doesn't allow me to rest with lying in my bed. what should I do?

I used to go to free therapy but all the specialists said: 'You're a good girl, so stop biting yourself.' And it didn't really help me. So a few months ago I decided to fight this shit and I have a great result, but something anxiety comes to me and holds my hand..
