i'm not a professional, but i would say try researching about your disorder. the best method to improve and love yourself is to learn about yourself first. let you be your first priority!
try to add more fibrous food in your diet like chickpeas soyachunks etc. Don't eat fruits in evening if you want to cut your fat & be lean. Add protein rich foods in your diet. & its normal what you've said. Just be patient & take control of yourself.
i agree with daylight , and iamvarun's advice. I beleive in you , but the most important thing is to love and beleive in yourself no matter what you feel.
yes it sounds like an eating disorder, try to relax, maybe try a healthier diet instead of starving yourself, don't obsess over your weight, I'm sure you are beautiful and I'm sending you a lot of love ❤❤❤
