Please say me about the problems and solns. by analyzing my Symptoms 10. If someone says something, then it takes time to realize if I understand it correctly or not, but back of my mind I try to think that what I understand is correct. 11. If I read something and try to understand what is written actually, then also I doubt if I am understanding correctly or not but back of my mind I say that what I am understanding by reading is correct.

see it's normal..no problem..sometimes we over think.... Just read what is present in front of u and try to understand what it says.. no more thinking.. whether u understood right or wrong nobody will judge u, not even u.. its u just need understand the context of what is written on paper.. try like this.. first read it like u read no thinking then after sometime read again. then try to compare ur understanding from both scenarios.. u will find in 2nd time reading u'll get it with much more clarity..
