this is common anxiety situation. solutions are install all negativity and trigger point from your life in starting you will miss something but that is very necessary for your mental health. priorities should be your mental health. a anxiety attack in morning will ruin your entire day. after my detachment i felt the same symptoms till 16 months in on and off mode.
